  25.      What's the point?  This law makes it illegal to dial (i.e. telephone
  26. network) an emergency number, hospital lines (including the patient rooms)
  27. and pagers, ceullular numbers, etc. with one of those ad recordings, or
  28. wardial these numbers.
  29.       I don't see what it has to do with sending core to a spammer 8-).
